Endo-met's GB-3 is a popular digestive aid recommended by Dr. Lawrence Wilson and many other health practitioners. This is a favorite product here at the Health Center Store.
GB-3 is a formula containing bile acids and synergistic factors.** GB-3 acts to enhance biliary output, assisting removal of toxic metals (specifically copper) from the liver.** Bile acids may also have a laxative effect.**
If this is your first time trying GB-3, we recommend you work up slowly, starting with just one GB-3 with one of your meals on your first day of use. If no loose stool occurs by the next day, you may add one more to another meal and so on up to your desired dose. If loose stool occurs, cut back to whatever dose does not cause loose stool. Some people take as many as 15 GB-3 per day to support bowel movements when constipation is an issue.**
