We care about our customers' satisfaction and want to know immediately if you are ever dissatisfied with your purchase. Please call our customer service department toll-free at 1-888-729-2319 to inform us of any problems with your order, or email us using the form below. You may also mail a letter to Health Center Store, 501 W Glenoaks Blvd #815 Glendale, CA 91202.  For any and all returns, please contact us first to arrange for the return.  We will give you detailed instructions at that time. We accept returns on all products; see below for details and instructions.

Return of Supplements

Please contact us for instructions before returning any supplements to us.  We will accept returns of any unopened supplements if the returned items are received by us within 45 days of the original purchase date and are still in their original packaging and in the same condition as when originally received by the purchaser. All such returns will receive a full refund of the product price minus shipping and handling fees and/or charges. Purchaser must pay for the return shipping to us. Once your return is received and inspected by us (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that some credit card companies take up to an additional 2 to 10 days after the credit is applied to post it to your account.  We unfortunately cannot accept returns of opened supplements.

Return of All Other Products

Please contact us for instructions before returning any products to us.  We will accept returns of any unopened or unused products as long as the returned items are in their original packaging and returned to us in the same condition as you received them and are received by us within 45 days of the original purchase date. We Sent You the Wrong Item

If you received an item you didn't order, notify us within 30 days of your original order date, and we will send out prepaid postage packaging to return the incorrect item to us. We will then send out the correct item to you.  If you would prefer a refund for the unreceived item, notify us of this preference, and we will refund you that amount instead of shipping the correct item to you. Any shipping charges you paid for receiving the incorrect item will also be refunded if you choose a refund instead of replacement.

We Sent You a Defective Item

Please notify us within 30 days of your original order date, and we will send you a prepaid postage package to return the defective item to us.  We will then ship a replacement item to you right away. If you would prefer a refund instead of replacement, notify us of this preference, and we will send you prepaid postage packaging to return the defective item to us for a full refund, including a refund of any shipping you may have paid to receive the defective item. Once your return is received and inspected by us (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that some credit card companies take up to an additional 2 to 10 days after the credit is applied to post it to your account.

Your Items Never Arrived

Please contact us immediately.  Any shipment that does not reach the purchaser's shipping address within the expected shipping time frame will be re-issued once the lost shipment is verified through us.
