Paramin previously came as tablets, and is now in capsules. The primary ingredients are exactly the same, but the “other ingredients” are different.

The “other ingredients” for tablets were: Microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium vegetable stearate, vegetable stearic acid, silicon dioxide, film coating:(hypromellose, glycerin, hydroxypropyl cellulose).

The “other ingredients” for the new capsules are: Hypromellose (Vegetable Capsule)

Paramin is formulated to provide the necessary balance of calcium and magnesium.** Paramin provides these essential elements in a very well absorbed form including calcium and magnesium citrate and chelate.** This product also contains supportive nutrients including boron to enhance the absorption and utilization of these essential minerals.**
